Best places to shop...

lots of people have different opinions... but I think the best shops are those that try to keep their prices below auction prices... Akuma's shops in Port Atlantis Mall is well known for this, especially for his ghost armor sets. Also, Miner's Mafia http://www.minersmafia.net/ is well known for keeping their goods at below auction prices too. Many other shops do that too, but these are the main two that I use on a regular basis...
